The Power of the Mind and the importance of Stopping the Stress response in Scientific Research

There is ample research available showing the power of the mind as well as the negative effects of chronic stress on our health and ageing. We are incorporating the Swedish Integrated Mental Training mentioned below in our programs. To show you how powerful your mind really is I have included research where breast enhancement was achieved using only the power of the mind.

  • In her research, the Nobel prize winner Dr. Elizabeth Blackburn "provides evidence that psychological stress - both perceived stress and chronicity of stress - is significantly associated with higher oxidative stress" and that "Women with the highest levels of perceived stress have telomeres shorter on average by the equivalent of at least one decade of additional aging compared to low stress women." • Anti ageing and stress reducing effects of the Swedish Integrated Mental Training and Self Hypnosis on the concentration of the stress hormone cortisol and the ‘anti ageing’ hormone DHEA‐S in the blood. DHEA-S was significantly increased and Cortisol was reduced. • All thirteen volunteers had an increase that averaged 2.11 inch increase in the circumference of their breasts and the max increase was 3.5 inches (2 cup sizes). Williams, J.E., Stimulation of breast growth by hypnosis. "Journal of Sex Research," 1974, 10:316-326.

  • Dr Willard achieved an average 1.44 inch increase in breast size for his 22 volunteers. Every woman had an increase in their breast circumference. "The American Journal of Clinical Hypnosis," 1977, 4:201-208. 4 Willard, R. D., Breast enlargement through visual imagery and hypnosis.
